Start your week with an energizing flow. Find strength, stability, flexibility, balance and stress reduction as you flow through poses and movements synchronized to breath. Modifications and variations to traditional postures and flows will be demonstrated. Prior yoga experience is recommended but not required. There will be transitions from the floor to standing and back throughout the entire class.
Please sign up only if you will attend the class. If you can’t attend, please give at least 12 hours notice to avoid being charged for the class.
Class minimum – 3 students. The class will be cancelled if there are less than 3 signed up at 4 pm the evening before

5-Class Punch Card – $60
10-Class Punch Card – $100
