Gentle Flow Yoga creates an accessible environment for students of all ages and abilities. It's great for first time students as well as active students looking for a more introspective practice to refine poses and gain new insight. Modifications and props will support you in a practice that meets you exactly where you are each time you come. Multiple class discounts available.

Alternate aerobic sequences and heavy/light weight intervals to reshape the entire body, building lean muscle and creating a beautiful sculpted body! Total Body Group Fitness  classes focus on strength, cardio, balance, core and flexibility. Classes held at the Grand Lake Center, 301 Marina Dr. Drop in $15 or 10 class punch card for $100. Half cards are also available.

Senior Fit class on Tuesday and Thursday is specifically designed for Seniors and Beginners desiring to start an exercise program to become or remain healthy, strong and active. Focusing on low to no impact cardio, strength, balance, and coordination, drop-in cost is $10 or purchase a punch card for 10 classes for $80. Half cards also available.
