Props are used to support and hold you in passive seated and lying postures allowing your body, mind, and nervous system to slowly and gradually relax and let go. Classes may include guided relaxation & meditation, essential oils, breathing exercises, and hands-on assists, with a lot of space for quiet and stillness. This class encourages intensive stress relief. Optional props: Eye pillow or mask, hand towel to place on bolster.
Sign up online at https://www.schedulicity.com/scheduling/GLYCFS. Class minimum – 3 students. The class will be canceled and you will be notified if 3 or fewer participants are signed up. Space is limited. PLEASE SIGN UP ONLY IF YOU WILL ATTEND THE CLASS. If you can’t attend, please give at least 12 hours notice.
