Calm and balance your mind and body, improve circulation, range of motion, and flexibility while working deep into your connective tissue (fascia, ligaments, and joints) with grounding Yin postures. No prior yoga experience is needed. This class is appropriate for most students. Postures will be done mostly on the floor with some transitions from lying to sitting. Bring a yoga mat if you have one. All other necessary props are provided. Sign up at www.grandlakeyoga.com (https://www.schedulicity.com/scheduling/GLYCFS).
Class minimum – 4 students. The class will be canceled and you will be notified if 3 or fewer participants are signed up. **PLEASE SIGN UP ONLY IF YOU WILL ATTEND THE CLASS*** If you can’t attend, please give at least 12 hours notice. “No shows” will be charged for the class.

10-Class Punch Card – $125 (valid for 12 months) Punch cards are non-transferable Bring a yoga mat if you have one. All other necessary props are provided.
About Jenny Smith:
Jenny is passionate about supporting you as you work toward your goals. She encourages you to live your yoga on and off the mat. Jenny has practiced yoga and Pilates for over 25 years and has been a registered, certified yoga teacher since 2016 and Pilates instructor since 2018. Jenny has been trained in, mentored in, and has had the opportunity to teach many different styles of yoga and Pilates: Vinyasa (all levels), Slow Flow, Gentle, Power, Family, Yin, Restorative, Yogalates (a fusion of Yoga and Pilates), Trauma Informed, Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Prenatal, Holy Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Yoga with Weights, Myofascial Release, and both Classical and Contemporary Mat Pilates. She often blends several styles into sessions and classes making each a unique experience for you.
