Gentle does not mean easy! This class is a slower, lower intensity flowing Vinyasa Yoga Class. Find focus, balance, strength and flexibility with lower intensity postures and flows synchronized to breath. Gentle Flow Yoga creates an accessible environment for students of all ages and abilities. It’s great for first time students brand new to yoga as well as active students looking for a more introspective practice to refine poses and gain new insight. Advanced students will have the freedom to modify and advance their own practice. Modifications and props will support you in a practice that meets you exactly where you are each time you come.
