Work hard and have fun in these dynamic, full body workout classes! We'll keep your body guessing (and your brain engaged ) with a combination of aerobic bursts and weight intervals using a variety of equipment including stability balls, resistance bands, steps, and free weights. Fee: $15 Drop-In or 10-pack for $120
This total body class is designed for beginners, for those with less mobility and for those who want to work out at less intensity. Low to no impact aerobics at a slower pace, chair exercises, light weights, and balance work rounds out this 45 min class. Drop in: $10 10 Class Punch card: $90
