Higher intensity and heavy weights, this faster pace total body workout may include cardio kickboxing, step aerobics, cardio intensifiers, upper and lower body weight sequences, core, stability ball and balance work. Lots of equipment variety keeps it fun and challenging. Punch card discount available with instructor

This total body workout is designed for beginners, seniors, and for those with less mobility. Low to no impact aerobics, chair exercises, light weights, balance and core work round out this 45 min class. Punch card discount available with instructor.
