DESCRIPTION:Calm and balance your mind and body\, improve circulation\, range of motion\, and flexibility while working deep into your connective tissue (fascia\, ligaments\, and joints) with grounding Yin postures. No prior yoga experience is needed. This class is appropriate for most students. Postures will be done mostly on the floor with some transitions from lying to sitting.
