You’ll leave class feeling energized\, centered\, and deeply at ease in both body and mind. \nIdeal for active beginners with basic yoga familiarity\, intermediate students seeking to build strength and flexibility\, and advanced practitioners aiming to deepen your practice\, this class benefits anyone ages 13 and up ready to explore breath‑centered movement with a touch of challenge. The practice includes numerous transitions between lying\, sitting\, hands-and-knees\, and standing postures throughout the class. Prior yoga experience is recommended. \nPLEASE ARRIVE at least l0 minutes before class start time. **PLEASE SIGN UP ONLY IF YOU WILL ATTEND THE CLASS** Class minimum – 4 students.
