Through slow\, intentional movements\, it cultivates stability\, strength\, coordination\, and inner stillness\, helping you move through life with greater ease and awareness. \nQi Gong focuses on breath\, energy cultivation\, and gentle\, repetitive movements to awaken vitality\, clear stagnation\, and restore harmony within the body. Each class gently concludes with sound healing and Shavasana\, allowing the body\, mind\, and nervous system to fully rest and integrate the practice. Gentle sound vibrations support deep relaxation\, energetic clearing\, and emotional release\, while Shavasana invites stillness\, surrender\, and restoration. This closing portion helps guide the body into a parasympathetic state—where healing\, balance\, and renewal naturally occur—so you leave feeling calm\, centered\, and deeply nourished. \nNo prior experience is needed.
