Each person enters their own world—eyes closed or softly open—tuning into the wisdom of the body and the whispers of the soul.\n\nThis is a space to move stagnant energy\, release what no longer serves\, laugh\, cry\, shake\, and purge; reconnect with your inner child; and open the portal of joy\, freedom\, and receiving.\n\nAs the body begins to open\, so does the heart. As the heart opens\, so does your connection to the divine flow within you.\n\nThere is no right way to move—only your way. Together\, we create a powerful\, high-vibrational container where healing happens organically.
