SUMMARY:Tia Chi & Sound Healing
DESCRIPTION:Calm your nervous system\, strengthen your body\, and return to balance through the ancient healing practices of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. These gentle\, flowing movements support circulation\, joint health\, flexibility\, balance\, and the smooth flow of life force energy (Qi) throughout the body. The practice works deeply yet softly—nourishing the fascia\, tendons\, ligaments\, and joints while grounding the mind and soothing the spirit.  No prior experience is needed. This class is appropriate for most bodies and abilities. Movements are primarily done standing\, with accessible options offered throughout.
