Calm and balance your mind and body, improve circulation, range of motion, and flexibility while working deep into your connective tissue (fascia, ligaments, and joints) with passive, relaxing Yin postures. No prior yoga experience needed. This accessible class is appropriate for all levels. Most postures will be done on the floor. Please sign up only if you will attend class. If you can’t attend, please give at least 12 hours notice to avoid being charged for the class. Class minimum – 3 Students. Class will be cancelled if there are fewer than 3 students signed up by 4pm the day before class.
