An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, repeating until December 31, 2020
TUESDAY, THURSDAY & SATURDAY @ 9AM
Join Crystal Myers for a dynamic total body workout, with tons of variety and diversity. Alternate aerobic sequences and heavy/light weight intervals to reshape the entire body, building lean muscle and creating a beautiful sculpted body! Total Body Group Fitness classes focus on strength, cardio, balance, core and flexibility.

Class size is limited to 8 participants. You will have to reserve your spot if you would like to attend and you may do that through email, or by texting me at 303-710-5815 (texting preferred or in person). Reservations for each week’s classes will begin on the Friday the week before. You may sign up for as many classes as you want for that week or reserve throughout the week provided there is room. Masks are required to enter the building but you may remove your mask during class. If you feel sick, please do not come to class. Everyone will be asked to wipe down their equipment with the disposable wipes provided.
