An event every week that begins at 10:15 am on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, repeating indefinitely
This 45-minute class is designed for beginners, seniors, or anyone who wants to become or remain healthy, strong and active. Balance work is incorporated throughout the workout as well as low to no impact cardio. Dumbbells are used to build strength. Chairs are provided for added stability. You will still work hard in this modified/shorter version of Total Body Fitness!

Class size is limited to 8 participants. You will have to reserve your spot if you would like to attend and you may do that through email, or by texting me at 303-710-5815 (texting preferred or in person). Reservations for each week’s classes will begin on the Friday the week before. You may sign up for as many classes as you want for that week or reserve throughout the week provided there is room. Masks are required to enter the building but you may remove your mask during class. If you feel sick, please do not come to class. Everyone will be asked to wipe down their equipment with the disposable wipes provided.
