An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Build and condition your core, stretch and strengthen your body, and improve body awareness and flexibility using proper alignment and form. This low-impact class is based on the work and principles of Joseph Pilates. Most of the class will be on the floor, seated, and on all fours, with few transitions to standing. No prior Pilates experience is needed. Please sign up only if you will attend the class. If you can’t attend, please give at least 12 hours’ notice. Class minimum – 3 students. The class will be canceled if there are fewer than 3 signed up. If a class that you signed up for is canceled, you will receive a text and email letting you know.
