An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Build and condition your core, stretch and strengthen your body, and improve body awareness and flexibility using proper alignment and form. This low impact class is based upon the work of Joseph Pilates and his principles of Pilates: Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow.

Please wear a mask when entering and exiting the building and until you reach your mat. Once you are on your mat you can remove your mask for the class. You are encouraged to bring your own mat. Mats will be available if needed. These mats will be sanitized between classes.
Class size is limited to 8 participants. You must register and pay for the class to save your spot. I will contact you for payment. Please sign up only if you will attend the class. If you can’t attend the class, please give notice so that the next person on the waiting list may sign up for a spot. Single Class – $15
5-Class Punch Card – $60
10-Class Punch Card – $100
Refund policy: You may cancel up to 24 hours before the start of the class and receive a full refund. If there is a waiting list and I can fill your spot with less than 24 hours notice, you will receive a full refund.
