An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Friday, repeating indefinitely
Find focus, balance, strength and flexibility with lower intensity, calming postures synchronized to breath. Gentle Flow Yoga creates an accessible environment for students of all ages and abilities. It’s great for first time students as well as active students looking for a more introspective practice to refine poses and gain new insight. Modifications and props will support you in a practice that meets you exactly where you are each time you come.

The class is held outside (masks optional), weather permitting. We have the option to move inside in inclement weather. Class size is limited. Please sign up only if you will attend the class. If you can’t attend, please give at least 12 hours notice. Class minimum – 3 students. The class will be cancelled if there are fewer than 3 signed up by 8 pm the evening before.
Masks are optional during the class, if you enter the building you will need to wear a mask. Please bring your own mat and props if you have them. There will be mats available for use if needed. The grass may be damp, bring a towel to place under your mat if you’d like.

Refund policy: You may cancel up to 24 hours before the start of the class and receive a full refund. If there is a waiting list and I can fill your spot with less than 24 hours notice, you will receive a full refund.
