Achieve focus, balance, strength and flexibility with lower intensity, calming postures synchronized to breath. Gentle Flow Yoga creates an accessible environment for students of all ages and abilities. It’s great for first time students as well as active students looking for a more introspective practice to refine poses and gain new insight. Modifications and props will support you in a practice that meets you exactly where you are each time you come.
