Warming, exotic, and full of flavor, curry-based dishes are a delicious and versatile addition to your cooking repertoire. These base recipes can easily be altered to accommodate seasonal changes, adjustments in spiciness, and the inclusion of a tempting variety of proteins.
Cost is $25/pp, maximum 10 participants. Prepay at the Grand Lake Center. Attendees are encouraged to bring aprons, and small containers to bring home leftovers.
Jan is a certified chef and nutritionist with over 20 years culinary experience as a baker, executive chef, cooking school coordinator, and caterer. She is ex-president of The Colorado Les Dames d’Escoffier, an international women’s chef philanthropic organization.
