Movement in the Mountains Children’s Dance Class
Dance classes focusing on ballet, jazz and modern dance for children ages 5-10. 8 week session begins Wednesday March 28th and runs every Wednesday through May 16th. Drop in and check it out for $5 or get all 8 sessions for $30. Family discount available for multiple children. Contact [email protected] for more information.
Total Body Fitness
Join Crystal Myers as she leads you through a fun and motivating total body fitness workout. Cardiovascular, strength training, balance, flexibility and core are all essential elements of keeping the body strong and healthy and Crystal wraps it all into one workout giving you quick results you will notice! As we age the same elements are just as important so Crystal took her Total Body Fitness class and made it Senior friendly. Total Body Fitness classes are offered Tuesday and Thursday 9-10am and Saturday 10-11am. Cost is $10 to drop in or 10 class punch card for $80. Senior Fit Classes are offered Tuesday and Thursday 10:15-11am. Cost is $8 to drop in or $60 for 10 class punch card. Come join in the fun with the Pickleball League! Pickleball is a game like tennis played with a wooden paddle and wiffle ball. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced sessions available as well as open play, skills sessions and lessons.
